Verify completed works against design
An as-built survey precisely measures completed works — buildings, roads, utilities and structures — to record their true final position and dimensions. As-built records verify construction against design, support handover and contractual documentation, and provide an accurate inventory for operation and future works.
Methodology & standards
Completed works are measured with total station, GNSS and, where fine detail is needed, terrestrial laser scanning. The observations are reduced against survey control and compiled into as-built plans and models, compared against the design where required, and delivered in hard-copy or digital format.
